  • Kaspersky Department Manager
    • Position Summary:
    As a Kaspersky Department Manager in Libyan Spider Network, He/She will be responsible for all Kaspersky activities in Libya and applying Kaspersky HQ policy in Libya.
    Major responsibilities include:
    • Responsible for all communications between Kaspersky Libya and Kaspersky HQ in Russia.
    • Responsible for planning & developing all marketing activity including Direct mail, advertising, seminars, lead generation, tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, incentives and web effectively and creatively and ensure they are aligned with the overall firm marketing strategy.
    • Responsible for preparing all the necessary surveys and reports such as identifying market volume/current market share, Monitoring competitor activity & Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness, also performing periodic external surveys to evaluate perception of brand and customer satisfaction and monitor progress of relevant Firm initiatives
    • Responsible for the Kaspersky department Accounting issues including management the Marketing Department budget and delivering all marketing activity within set budget and generating a monthly comprehensive Sales & Marketing forecast for financial planning.
    • Responsible for organizing the production of branding materials, brochures, research materials, required for promotional activities, store openings etc and ensure timely delivery and arrangement of effective distribution for these marketing materials.
    • Maintaining and updating mailing databases.
    Requirements:
    • A University degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven track record of results
    • Fluent in English Language Reading/Writing/Speaking.
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong presentations skills
    • A team player attitude
    • Multi tasking skills
    • Excellent written communication & presentation skills
    • Highly organized & details oriented
    • Strong administrative management skills
    • Proven ability to work against tight deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal & Strong negotiation skills
    • Possess strong network within the media & advertising industry on a regional scale
    • Solid knowledge of public communication techniques
    Salary:
    Starting salary will be 1000 LYD / month for the first 3 months, after that monthly salary bonuses will be given according to the employee's progress.
